In recent years we have been asked to extend our services to include the following areas these services have been growing in popularity:

Email Newsletters: A service where we provide a website for people to write their contributions, review their contributions and modify their contributions. The Newsletters are then emailed automatically at regular intervals (e.g., monthly) to a list of members.

Basic Webpage Maintenance: As a spin off many of our clients ask us to manage their personal websites. This includes detail changes, invoice management, etc.,

Strategic Planning workshops: For larger organisations the implications of survey results can be significant. We are regularly asked to plan and run strategic planning sessions. These sessions are generally to facilitate senior staff discussion and planning. We do not advocate a 'lecture' style format unless absolutely necessary. The aim is to help executive staff 'workshop' issues, implications, and solutions.

Instrument Validation: We can plan and conduct the testing required to ensure your instrument is valid and reliable. Instrument validation is often an expensive process so whether you need instrument validation for 'peace of mind' or for an international publication we can offer the latest and most effective solutions.

Experimental Research Design and Methodology (non survey based): We can plan and conduct experimental research on behalf of your organisation. Some of our clients aren't sure whether a new product or service will appeal to their target demographic. So, if you have a new product (e.g.,food) or service (e.g., financial) we can plan and run direct testing.

Production system quality control monitoring: We can take your production data and determine whether technical modifications have resulted in justifiable improvements. This is an independent service we can provide to help you evaluate the performance of new systems and technology. This can be applied to quality control as easily as production rates.
