Confidential
 

Our number one priority is confidentiality. Our policy is to protect the survey user's identity if they do not wish to be identified. The results from our surveys are only returned to management in an accumulated format (except where stated on the survey). Information is presented in an aggregated form to focus on the key issues not the key individuals.

In cases where comments are reported (this will be indicated on the survey and/or accompanying information), comments with names/swear words/unique phrases are suppressed to ensure that management are kept informed whilst employees are protected.

Where employee's have a concern about being identified we encourage them to contact us (we do not ask for names, etc.,) and we outline our processes directly with the employee via phone/email/fax. If employees are still unsure we encourage them not to answer the questions that are of concern.

Whilst we collect open-ended comments in many of our surveys we encourage staff to present their opinions in constructive and simple language (preferably without the use of names/locations/unique phrases/swear words). This information is extremely hard to monitor for identifying information and in some circumstances (especially where anonymity/confidentiality are expressly stated on a survey) we return to management only the most prevalent 'themes' in aggregated format with limited reproduction of respondents' actual comments.

If you have an urgent need to run a survey we can have an online version up and ready to use in 24 hours (our record is 11 minutes including proofing and the use of testers). Daily response rate updates can be emailed to you so you know where you are at every stage.


Cost-Effective
 

Using the internet is far more cost-effective for mid to large organisations and we offer time and response rate management services to ensure you get the best value for money. However, if the internet/intranet is not a suitable medium we can organise the best options to suit your needs.

Our reports are also amongst the lowest priced in the industry offering all of the standard features (as well as some extra ones), including: Title, index, method, executive summary, sample information, overall scores, items results, and open-ended comments sections. In our case cost-effective service does not imply low quality of service. Our reports are very clear and are customised to your needs. One size definately does not fit all.

Research focus
 

We are committed to research not overt commercialisation (that's why there is no advertising on our website). We psychometrically evaluate each of our surveys on a regular basis and make ammendments where necessary to ensure the highest quality of survey validation and data collection.

We will never claim to know your organization better than you do. However, we can help you collect data, analyse it, and give an independent perspective (and recommendations when requested).

We can breakdown qualitative and quantitative data equally well. Sub-group and comparative analyses are some of our most popular techniques.

For those statistically inclined we can run almost any quantitative statistical technique, including: Chisquare, t-tests, ANOVA, Post-hoc/Contrasts, Multiple Regression, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Cluster Analyses, SEM/CFA, Trend Analyses, Reliabilities (Cronbach Alpha's), Validation testing (experimental designs), test-retest, inter-rater comparisons, etc.,

For those interested in text analyses we can run standard text analysis, content coding, and thematic evaluations on qualitative data.
