Collaborative Climate Survey v4.3

For the purposes of answering the survey, the following definitions apply:

Workgroup (or team) – they are your nearest (team) colleagues, who including yourself, report to your supervisor or manager.
Business Unit – this is the nearest department or profit center that your work group is part of.
Organisation – think in terms of the organisation/company as a whole outside both your working group and your business unit.

Please answer every item, even if you do not have direct experience of the specific behaviour. It is better to make an informed guess than to leave the item blank. There are only 22 main questions to answer so you will need less than 10 minutes to complete the survey on line and submit it.
